HI April,

Affiliation links and selling advertising space on your site are a good place to start generating revenue through the site itself once it's live. Have a look at the Google search bar,which you could incorporate into the site and generate click-through-cash..it'll also help boost page ranking on Google too!

On a slightly more lighthearted approach, could the fund raising wait till May-ish?? Get Kylie Tyler offering to wash cars in her bikini...I think it'd be a terrific fund raiser. More girls the merrier of course ;o)

Hi,

I guess you're current borrowings are from an institutional lender.

I'm sure you've thought of this, but have you considered private equity investors. There are media funds around and you may find someone who is willing to invest. The downside of this is that you will have to give a % of equity to the VC company and you're business plan will need to be pretty good with lots of realistic financial projections. If you've already committed a % of equity to your bank, this may not be an option for you.

I went to see a Broker chap last week. He asked me if I wanted to go "public" ya. I thought he meant take my clothes off then and there so left pretty quickly.

Hi new here not entirely sure whats going on with this setup. But..
Couple of thoughts
Youtube, apparently Hotforwords/community channel et al are making a small fortune on there, I'm sure you could come up with something similar. With links to your other projects
Just always make your face the thumbnail and comment on some of the well subscribed Youtubers.
I can't believe you haven't been round some modeling agencies, you must have a pretty good portfolio or reel to show them.
Become a top model to support a dating site? Genius.

You do need a better shift system and a text service on the nighttime show also.

For the marketing side put kylie on the front wearing Thighboots and smoking a huge cuban cigar,photograph and video her and you will make a lot of money.There is also good advice of the other repliers.Does kylie have an email address or a forum like this where she can answer questions.

Give the girls a mike so they can talk in between callers and may be have a texting service like other interactive shows,charge maybe 50p a text and under cut the other shows and you will get a lot of texters on da show.When somebody texts in the show requesting things the girl eg kylie can do a twirl or 3 karate kicks etc.It will also kill time in between the callers and keep the viewers amused and spending their money.Also on the show have a Thighboots day where the girls can only wear Thighboots,look at the amount of callers you get when kylie wears her thighboots,thats a lot of callers.Also watch the other interactive shows eg party people and The boudoir for ideas,because there are always mug punters and viewers out there willing to pay good money to get their kicks eg Please roxy can you give me a twirl so i can see ya lovely long legs like David R.

do not know about business plan u need to sort out a plan of action for what your girls do, putting on models for evening show who refuse to strip seems daft and why pay £1.50 to talk to your girls at night who not strip when other such stations offer girls who do at cheaper prices, think u not be around to long to worry about future plans, so i think it best you start getting the right girls on in the evening and give the callers what they want, roxy, april do it and set the standards but they are the only two, now if u can get kylie , amy williams, and brooke doing same as roxy and april at night time you my well be onto a winner, day time it never going to matter coz girls not allowed to strip but night time when they r then best make the most with girls who can deliver and not put boring girls like amy on as u have past 2 nights
